Odoo Techno-Functional Consultant

Purpose of the role

Lead the analysis, implementation, and customization of Odoo, connecting business processes to practical solutions that can scale and integrate.

Responsibilities

• Analyze processes and translate them into functional and technical designs.
• Configure and customize Odoo modules and integrate with them.
• Manage testing, migration, training, and go-live.
• Provide post-go-live support and continuous improvement.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in information systems or a related field.
• In-depth knowledge of core Odoo modules.
• Experience with Python, PostgreSQL, and integration interfaces.
• Excellent consulting and documentation skills.

Experience

• 5+ years in ERP implementations.
• Experience in at least two full Odoo implementation cycles.
• Preference for experience in large-enterprise or multi-company projects.
