Senior Machine Learning Engineer

Purpose of the role

Turn models and research into reliable AI capabilities that can be evaluated and operated in enterprise environments.

Responsibilities

• Develop and evaluate machine learning models and workflows.
• Build inference, monitoring, and optimization services.
• Design test suites and quality and safety metrics.
• Collaborate with the product, data, and platform teams.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or master's degree in computer science or AI.
• Proficiency in Python and modern machine learning frameworks.
• Understanding of MLOps, evaluation, and experimental data.
• Strong problem-solving and technical communication skills.

Experience

• 5+ years in machine learning or AI.
• Experience running real models in production.
• Preference for experience with language models and their enterprise applications.
