Purpose of the role
Redesign processes and build stable automation that reduces manual work and improves the accuracy and speed of execution.
Responsibilities
- Analyze processes and identify priority automation opportunities.
- Design and build integrated workflows.
- Measure the impact of automation and monitor performance and exceptions.
- Document controls, continuity plans, and handover.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in a technical or engineering field.
- Experience with RPA, BPM, or automation platforms.
- Understanding of APIs, databases, and process design.
- Ability to manage change and work with multiple teams.
Experience
- 5+ years in automation or process improvement.
- Experience automating integrated enterprise processes.
- Preference for professional certifications in automation or Lean.
